APC Collective is a Brighton-based consultancy providing specialist APC support and training for public sector candidates across the UK. Founded by Guy Wheeler MRICS, a chartered surveyor and RICS APC assessor with over two decades of public sector experience, our team is comprised entirely of Chartered Surveyors and APC experts—including active assessors, counsellors, and mentors. Together, we blend frontline public sector experience with assessor-level insight to offer practical, tailored guidance that helps public sector candidates qualify with confidence.

Guy Wheeler MRICS

Guy is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of property experience working with and for local authorities, central government, and government agencies, with a specialist focus on complex transactions and development advisory. He qualified while working in local government and now leverages that experience as an APC assessor, supervisor, and counsellor.

Lucia is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in asset management. Holding a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Westminster, she brings fresh, first-hand insight to the team having recently passed her APC in May 2026 while working in central government.
